So ..

I've been writing a story for the last 2 months or so, that I'm really falling in love with. Thing is, I need others to read what I've been writing, and fall in lovw with it too.

Now the one thing I've learned while being on dA, is that it mainly caters to the artists of the visual kind. And that's not a bad thing; I've fallen in love with a lot of good artists on here and their artwork. But, I need to find a place where my writing will be noticed more, a place that is really about the more literature- and written-based side of writing.

I really just want people to read some of my stuff, and tell me what they think. I'm sure I'm not as great as I feel I am, but .. well, yeah.

Okay people. So, I've decided to go ahead and showcase some of my writing for everyone to see. I really want a lot of feedback on my writing, if it's good, if it sucks, whatever. I'm honest enough to know that criticism hurts, but it also helps you grow.

I'm know that out of everything art-wise on dA, writing is closer to the end of the spectrum, and therefore most people tend to stick to drawing and painting and stuff. So, I know that even in the best case situation, I'll only get a few hits on my stuff, and even lesser comments. But, oh well. This is the best site for me to try to get my stuff seen, for right now anyways.

I really want a subscription to dA. If anyone wants to be a great pal and help me out, I would really appreciate it. Hehe. ^.^

Oh yeah, and I'm also looking for some really good artwork that I can combine with some of my peices, to enhance the words, you know, so people can get a visual along with the writing. If you like any of my stuff, and want to work with me, let me know. ^.~

BTW most of my writing is about love, all kinds of love, and yes some does deal with gay love. Just deal with it, okay?

About the title .. I just met someone wonderful who I'll probably never meet again. So yeah, it hurts. :'(

Okay folks, so, I really want to start showcasing some of my work on here, my poems and songs and stories and such, but I'm totally afraid of someone stealing my work (it's happened before). I trying to find out the best way to get my stuff copyrighted but, yeah. LOLz.


So, what I want to know really is, how safe it is for me to post my stuff on here, and whether I should.

Also, there's like a lot of categories for poetry/songwriting and I don't know if I can find the right category for everything.

So, let me know what you think I should do.
